#240 Day 2 of 22 These Feet Were Made For Walking

But I don't want to walk. If I had my way,  I wouldn't move at all. But my body needs to move and I want to live a long life. 

That's not enough to keep me motivated. I'm not a person who needs an accountability person. I am accountable to myself. I spent the last couple of years trying to find the motivation. I study motivation and for business related tasks, I generally need to set a goal and I get her done.

But when it comes to fitness, I don't score high on getting it done. 

My rational mind knows what I need to do but I can't get it done. 

Until now. 

I set a goal to walk 22 times in October. Nothing strenuous - 30 minutes in the morning before I turn on my computer. 

That's the kicker - I'm dangling the carrot - I've made a deal with myself that I can't start my work day without taking a walk. Easy peasy right? 

Let's see how it works out. It's day 2 - I didn't even document day 1. I thought this might be another way to keep me on track.
